I would say something to this effect... "Are you asking aside from having the knowledge of how the operation works and what is required to get the job done correctly? My answer would be that I appreciate the diversity of those who will be working under me. Team work is essential along with fairness and responsibility. I enjoy problem solving and welcome the challenge that will come before me. My track record in this department shows that I am qualified for this position and I look forward to growing and moving forward with the company."

Two part answer;
1) There were two men inline every morning to dig ditches. One man infront of the other every morning, so there were times he got the better choices. Well, one day the second man who was behind inline wasn't there anymore. Later, a company train arrived with all the suits. The man in line saw that one of the suits was the man who would stand behind him in line! He asked,"How come you are my boss when everytime you were here behind me." The suit said, "Easy, you came here to work, I came here to work for the company".
Next, most employers want to hear things like, I want your job and I think the company and I will be mutually beneficial because... I believe in "team spirit" and I can bring hard work, punctuality and drive the numbers better because I want it, and will not settle for less than the best because I believe that the end result (numbers, whatever) reflects upon me directly, so I will give you the best.
