Office Manager is a very difficult title to determine compensation for because managing an office could constitute a very wide variety of skills and job requirements. The more that you are responsible for, the more you will get paid. I have seen Office Managers that function as the controller of a small business in addition to the general office management duties -- that would probably pay higher than someone that is responsible for making sure that there's a cleaning company hired to come empty the waste baskets and vacuum the floor.

The low end in my area is $48,824, so that might be what to expect as a "starting" salary. I'd need to know what major metropolitan area you are close to to give a more accurate number for you. If you add it as details for this question I'll alter my answer.

This is based on WHERE you live, your job duties and education.
Example, in LA, with a Bachelor's degree, an office manager responsible for staffing, scheduling payroll, etc. would make between 55 and 75 per year. In Georgia, it would be less. If your duties are more or less would also change it.
More detail is needed.
