Don't listen to Jeff.. he's trying to get you in trouble. The best thing to do if you do not have a green card, is go to the BCIS office and get yourself a work permit. Other than that, I have no idea how you could get work at a ranch. A little advice here... don't post questions like these on here because you will always get jerks who'll want to get you into trouble.
