I work with a complete MORON! what would be the funniest / most clever / best way to get him FIRED!!!!!!?

I'm a electro/mechanical maintenance technician at a factory. this other idiot started the same time I did, about 5 weeks ago. He has a 2 yr. degree in electrical, graduated top of his class, and cant even find a bad fuse with a voltometer. I have 7600 hours of plumbing experience, and I am a better electrician than he is! He has a major attitude with co-workers, and almost started a fist-fight with one of them! my company wont fire anyone for anything, but usually treat undesireables like compleate crap untill they quit. any suggestions on how to speed up the process will be apreciated!!!!!! ok, sorry. I almost forgot he is a safety hazard. he tested a 480 volt thermo-couple by using his needle-nose to ground it out! you should of seen the sparks! we had our shift supervisor observe his safty issues. administration IS aware of this. the whole factory realizes he is an accident waiting to happen. so please, just take my word for it, and no more aligaitions on me being a big jerk, or something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There seems to be two problems here: the moronic employee and YOU. Unless he is a danger to you or others stop sticking your nose into other peoples business. Maybe someone thinks that you are a moron. Do you think that they should try to get you fired?

I suggest you to become an Electrical Engineer. You can go to school after work and it would take you a few years but after you graduate you can quit your job and you don't have to worry about him again. Not to mention the fact that you would make a lot of money.
