What kind of course can I take to better my CNA cert?

Im currently in college for health admin and I have my CNA cert, but can't work as a CNA because I have a enlarge spleen and and liver can't do to lifting. SO what Courses can I take to better that so maybe I can work in a hosiptal or something less intense.

Why not get courses in phlebotomy and lab? They pay well and are always in demand.
