Being only a college student, how can I write an effective resume for a call center?

What sections or details can I write in my resume? I don't have any experience yet related with with the position as a call center agent.But I am confident that I'd be able to handle the job. Please help me.

I worked at a call center for three years. Trust me, they are not expecting an award-winning resume. If you are just applying for a customer service (CAS/CS) position, lack of experience will probably not exclude you from consideration. Same story with a collections position. Play up your interpersonal skills, your ambition to work hard and "move up the ladder," and your computer skills. Be sure you emphasize your Microsoft Office Skills, if you have skills with that software package. Also let them know you have excellent troubleshooting skills. If you get an interview, be sure you act super professional and are well-dressed. Let them know that you will be as flexible as possible with your hours, and don't go in making outrageous schedule demands. Demanding a certain schedule will probably remove your name from consideration almost immediately.

On Microsoft Word there are several templates to help and aid you with developing a resume and cover letter to make you appear attractive to an employer, even though you don't have experience. Think about what qualities you already posses that can qualify you for this position and include them in your resume.
