What is the average pay rate for a front desk clerk at a hotel and a housekeeper at a hotel?

Also how old do you have to be to do either of the jobs? Hotel is small and is in Michigan.

At my hotel in Michigan, front desk clerks must be 18 years old and start at $6.00 per hour. Housekeepers must be 16 years old and start at $5.50 per hour.
