What do you consider to be your personal strengths? Weaknesses? What do you look for in an employee or coworker? Describe a situation in which you had to discipline a subordinate. Describe a situation in which you had to fire an employee, including why. In what ways have you personally contributed to positive changes in previous employment? How do you handle motivating an underperforming employee?

Ask them how you can get THEIR job.

Ask them what they think are the biggest challenges they will face in the upcoming months...this gives you the opportunity to describe how your skills could help them overcome these challenges.
