What are some good questions to ask a Director, VP, or Senior Manager in a job interview?

What do you consider to be your personal strengths? Weaknesses? What do you look for in an employee or coworker? Describe a situation in which you had to discipline a subordinate. Describe a situation in which you had to fire an employee, including why. In what ways have you personally contributed to positive changes in previous employment? How do you handle motivating an underperforming employee?
