Try the one through the unemployment office, they can make suggestions for all kinds of training. The course is only a year long and you can in that time specialize the direction that you are taking, law, lumber, bookkeeper, filling, court what ever. There are so many different avenues for a secretary that you need to pick one. Check the blue pages of your phone book, or go to the nearest employment office and talked to a counselor. This is a one on one situation that needs to be done. Then take it from there. Hope this helps.

depending on the type of secretary you want to be, comp. skills, short hand, multi-tasking, etc. is necessary as far as courses on-line you would have to search for on-line degrees/courses.
