how difficult is it to be a dispatcher for a small county?

many have very professional 911 communication systems
The pay is normally low and many don't even have benifits.
All you have to do is apply, but of course as with many county jobs in small areas, who you know is often very important.
In most states after being hired they will have to go though a state training program.
