How do I become a social worker or camp councelor?

My boyfriend has this great plan to open a club for kids to com and safely surf the net, play music, and basically just hang out. If they have a problem they can come to his office and talk to him and he will try to help them with the problems of being a kid. A non-profit organization, partnered with the public school systems. It sounds like a great idea to me but I don't know how to tell him how to get the social worker experience to have a job like that.

well get in contact with a local camp, and ask to speak to the camp head, they will tell you what to do. we started something like that, i recommend starting it in a parish centre or school hall. its better to have social worker expierence but not nessary also ask the camp head to help you out on a volenteer basis or recommend someone, these people love children and devote their lives to them and should be more then happy to help, i know i would

Find a school or camp and ask for an applcation and apply for either of those positions.
