Which companies pay relocation expenses to New Orleans to help rebuild the city?

I heard from someone a year or so ago that she had gone out to New Orleans, had her lodging and expenses (food, etc.) paid for while she worked disaster relief (clerical duties) out there. My son would like to go there and get a laborer job. Does anyone know someone he could call?
