What kind of educational facilities, Job oriented facilities, Higher study facilities and Facilities in educational institutes are there in Germany?

There are the same opportunities here in Germany as any place else. I guess maybe I don't understand what you mean when you say "higher" My husband is stationed here in Kaiserslautern, Germany and from what I have observed, If you need it they have it......but chances are it will be taught in German. so if you speak German then finding the classes or job you need will be easy.
