What salary should I expect for a long term Automotive Management position in China?
Asked by arcbossman
I have been with the same company for 20 years. I want to know what questions to ask when I am interviewed for an international management position in China. What are typical housing allowance? Is the salary actually Tax free? What are the disadvantages of being an expatriate? Social security free? What % raise should I request for a long term overseas Management Position?

You have to ask for the usual salary for this position in your country and a plus for being far from your family! Life could be cheaper in China but don't forget you'll come back!...The Company have to pay also "additional"costs!
