Almost every job has customer service elements. An office manager serves internal customers, those who work in the office. The services you provide such as office support, make it possible for everyone else to do their jobs. Some office managers interact with customers, suppliers and other guests to the office. It is important to think about who your customer is, and what they want in any role. It will make you more successful.
