How do I get an office job without the actual employment experience?

I have the computer knowledge to work as an Administrative Assistant,but not the experience in an office job.How can I get my foot in the door without it?

Start checking out employment agencies. They can put you in a temp to perm position and if there is something the employer is looking for that you don't have, the employment agency more than likely has free training. It's a great way for someone to get the experience they need! Good luck!

say youve had experience in an office all are different there isnt an office thats the same... when your being interviewed dont make it an issue. or you could look for jobs for office juniors where you start at the bottom

well... everyone have to start off someone. everyones gonna have a first job... so wet ur feet and just apply for the job even without the experience. ur knowledge is going to make ur for ur lack of experience

you would ecplain the office skills that you have on your resume like microsoft word, Access, excel, and a few other things. If you show that you have these skills and you prove it (by them giving you something like an skill test) then it is very possible that you would be able to get your foot in the door If you want to, my company can do your resume and cover letter for you.

start as a temp to get experience...these types of job are always open..you'll either in something, or build your resume enough to land the job you're looking for
