Guessing about $10-15/hour depending on your area. I know it was $7-8/hour in a small rural town about 15 years ago because my mom drove bus for a few years. Keep in mind it's a part-time job, the hours are awkward and it's tough to find a second job to fit in there between the morning and afternoon routes. There are decent bonuses for field trips if you can get them.
