How can I know what job is suitable with me: chemical engineer or salesperson?

I have graduated as a Chemical Engineer 5 years ago. But since 5 years, I have worked as a Sales Manager Assistant (but not high income). Now I want to change my job to look for a more chalenge and dynamic job as well as a higher income. I like chemistry but I also want to be rich. I also want to start small business for myself but afraid of less experience.
