How does one break into voice acting?

My boyfriend is really good with accents and impersonating people's voices. What can he do to work in cartoons or video games?

Hi If would be in his place I would first go for the job of radio jockey,since this is the only place from where someone can establish his identity by attracting concerned people towards his voice related talent.
