Gaming - is working in the area of "Gambling" eg. TAB, poker machines, casino - dealer at a blackjack table, etc. You need to get a "gaming" licence to do this kind of work. Kitchen - anywhere in the kitchen in the hospitality industry could mean chef, kitchenhand (washing dishes & helping to prepare food), etc. Food & Beverage - means serving food & beverage, like a waiter/waiteress or someone serving in a bar Housekeeping - means the people that look after the rooms, like the maids, etc. & could also include people working in the laundry of a hotel/motel Front office - means working in reception/management all the office & administration stuff.
