Why restrict yourself? Write 3 different versions. Ask a trusted friend if you can read the objectives aloud. Then, choose from the one that resonates best. Just remember this: an objective is like determining where you want to go in your car before you start driving. Once you determine you want to go to the mall, it's easy to drive their. So, it's much easier to get the most out of a job if you make a good, clear objective for YOURSELF and the company you want to have hire you.

wether is a replacement or a newly open position, companies expect you fulfill their needs. You have to identify/outline your career strengths and make the recruiter aware how you can contribute in meeting their needs.
