how to prepare for a call center interview?

i have to give an interview in a call center.can u tell the questions asked mostly in an interview.probably in a call center interview.please tell me i m very upset and loosing my confidence.

i attended interviews with 2 major BPOs...n think theres nothing to worry... they just want u to talk...n they could ask u anything to get it from u... most probable questions are talk about urself, if im a visit ur city, which 3 places would u take me to & y? talk about ur favourite movie... y did u choose a call centre job...? y our company? what r ur future plans...? n most important....prepare ur answers n write them in a paper...talk to urself in front of mirror atleast 3 or 4 times... this will help a lot...let me know if u have any other queries...

I work in a call center. There was just a simulation of a call center environment, a computer technical exam (because I work in technical support for an Internet company), and an interview about customer service. I don't know about where you are applying, but this was the easiest job in the world to get.. it's mostly questions about customer service, and what you would do in hypothetical situations. As long as you have basic common sense, you will do fine. Trust me.
