How to become a successful civil engineer and what are the qualities of a good civil engineer?

I am a young civil engineer and i am looking for a better opportunity to have a stable career.

I'm an Electronics and Computer Engineer. Look at government positions for a Civil Engineer first and I think you would like the opportunities there.

I am also a civil engineer. I think to become a successful engineer, you need to acquire the value of teamwork, cooperation, ceativity and management skills. You can achieve this at work. Dream big. Acquire the needed certificates to justify your career. Qualify for the EIT and be a Professional Engineer. To start, follow the advice of the person above. Search for a Graduate Engineer Program sponsored by the government. You can apply the skills you got from college while taking advantage of the opportunity to learn the working skills offered by the company.
