using microsoft office word templates which is the best to use if you are applying for clerical jobs?

Went to a professional for help here but was told to use clerical entry level yet he demanded that the dates come first. I am totally lost here.

I would put it like this: January 2005 - April 2006 Sales Associate - The Gap New York City, NY - folded clothes - used cash register - blah blah blah August 2004 - December 2004 Cashier - McDonalds Sleepytown, NB - used cash register - maintained clean working space - blah blah blah (Except the job descriptions would be much more eloquent.)

You definitely need to be more specific. If you are trying to write a resume, there is a template in Word that can be used as a guide. Also you can do a search for sample resumes online. If you are talking about the hierachy of the programs there is no particular order in which to list them.
