What are some good goals for an accounts payable employee?

I'm doing a review and there needs to be goals for the coming year. She is a good employee and I cannot think of any to suggest.

Personal goals? Business goals? Get your degree in Accounting. Take the CPA, CMA and CFM exams and become certified. Figure out what you want. Write it down. Set a time frame. Then go for it.

Sometimes compassion for the little guy is worth its weight in gold, take the time to understand first and then be negotiable with the payment schedule you and the little guy can deal with.
