How do I get a good job in my shipping field?

Actually I have been working with some Export / Shipping company about 5 years, but unfortunately there is some problem creator staff made some problem with me, due to that factor I couldn't tolerate it & resign from my company & last 8 months I am jobless doing nothing & try to find a job but failed. I tried all the way to find a job in my related field through hundreds of websites sending resume to local & international companies but all is in vain, no any positive response from anywhere now I really fed up from my life.. and all the time I stayed at home getting sick & hopeless.. plz.. help me how do I search job in my related Trade/Import/Export/Shipping field, I have almost 12 years experience in same field. Please help me out & send me some action planes which I can be able to follow it up if anyone knows. Your helping guidelines will be safe my life & my family. Pls. help...

You problem is complicated because it sounds like your previous job you left on poor terms. Leaving a previous job on difficult terms can make it problematic for future references for future jobs in the same field. Perhaps you can contact people that you worked with in the export/shipping business while you were at your previous job and see who is providing them with assistance. If they remember you as a valuable person who helped them they might be capable of recommending you to the shipping company that services them now. Another way of looking for work in your field is targeting a company that you would like to work for - learn all that you can about that company and then see if there is something from your expertise that would assist them in their current process of shipping overseas. Especially, if the suggestions you had could possibly save them money. Leading a cover letter with your resume enclosed which implies that you have an view point on the shipping business that would be helpful - may lead you to get that needed interview.
