can anyone tell me how to find info on finding cool jobs in NJ (ex. on farms, amusement parks, horse ranches)?

I am looking for websites, names of places or services. I am a writer and until I get a full-time reporter position, I may as well look for a job where I can LEARN something, like how to fix shoes, or how to blow glass or how to milk a cow, instead of sitting behind a desk. Any suggestions at all would be helpful. I'm 32 and making 7 bucks an hour is okay if I will learn a useful skill.
