How should I prepare for a job interview at the Build A Bear Factory?
Asked by Kathy
Does anyone know what the interview's going to be like? What should I wear? Any general tips? I've already gone over the website and I have had a teddy bear made there before. Thanks for the help!

I had a friend that worked there Like any other interview dress nice such as dress pants and nice shirt. Let them know you are familiar with the place. Let them know you love kids, b/c lots of kids come through there. maybe this will help

A:
Make a few more bears and hang out and watch others. That should build your passion

as with any interview, dress conservatively, be 5 minutes early, and go back over the website to learn about the company. Also asking questions to show that you've done background research helps. Good luck!

Learn as much as you can about the company and do some research on teddy bears and know the names of some of the high quality company's that make bears check out the link below.......... I've been collecting teddy bears for about 25 years and have at least 30 or 40 or more...........pretty cool and some are worth a good $

wear something like kahkis and a nice shirt, i don't think you need business professional, just business casual, they will ask you why you want to work there, what some positive points you will bring to the company, stuff about yourself (schooling, hobbies, etc) just smile, make eye contact and be yourself
