What is a Shipping & Receiving Associate Job?
Asked by krymarbet
What would this job consist of? Does a person need special skills or training? Is it a job for women?

Best Answer:
Usually an entry level job, no real special skills or training.
You pick up mail or receive mail. Package items for shipping. Weigh & post them. Take them to be mailed or arrange for shipping. Some heavy lifting.
If a job can be done by a woman, then it's for her!
A:
Someone who receives and ships packages. Lifting, getting stuff from ups or fedex and logging the packages in, packaging up stuff to send out and making lables.
