Anyone know the starting wages of a phlebotomist in your area?

The more states and areas the better for me to figure out where the best pay is. A phlebotomist is the person who draws your blood, and does certain tests on the blood/or urine tests. A phlebotomist is NOT a lab technician who performs the major tests on specimens. Phlebotomist mostly just draw blood.
