What is the average percent increase for an executive assistant in the city of Chicago?

I am looking to see what is the average percentage increase that executive assitants are getting in the city of Chicago. I am an executive assistant for a firm in Chicago and would like to be informed on this when I go into my HR department and talk about my raise.
