Alot of them are slacking and on the way out...I want to save whom I can and do what I can...any help and or ideas would be great...thanks....

introduce them to yoga. sitting in those chairs all day taking calls has got to be frusterating and painful. it helps clear their minds and stretch their bodies. hand out stress balls, allow them to vote on an incense and bring in an instructor for a free weekly lesson before work.
if that doesn't work hand out gift cards to starbucks.. if you can't zen you can caffeinate!
