Mr. L
What is an electrical journeyman?
Asked by Mr. L
Dealing with a Lineman level II position, what would the normal work load entail?

A:
Best Answer:
Electricians install, repair, alter, and maintain electrical conductors, fittings, devices, and fixtures for heating, lighting, or power purposes. Must comply with the current edition of the National Electric Code. Journeyman Electricians are employed by and perform the above duties under the direction of a Master Electrician and each may directly supervise one Apprentice Electrician. based on the level, i would think you will be on-site for as long as 50-60 hrs a week. if this is for a state or city job, it might be only 40 /week, unless overtime is in the budget then we are back to 60 hrs/week.
