What is the legal age that you can become employed in Arizona?

For example, I want to work at a local Circle K. What would be the legal age to work at such a place?

you can start work as young as 14 in some businesses but finding this will be hard. you have to have parent's permission and are not allowed to work during school hours or past 10p at night.... places like circle k will require you to be at least 16
