Check out http://salary.monster.com/. Also a google (or yahoo!!) search for "salary calculator" will turn up some hits. Monster even gives a benefits analysis and is tailored for specified geographic locations (cities). I nearly doubled my salary by printing off some salary.monster figures for like-matched positions/experience. I included a link to Construction Manager 1 in 9021 zip code (Beverly Hills : ).
