any suggestions on a job that pays 30K or above in administrative healthcare field for someone?

I have a diploma in Medical Assisting and I'm currently a clinic coordinator for a women's health clinic. The thing is I was offered the position as a promotion--I really didn't want to be in a management position but the pay was good and I needed it! I really am beginning to become stressed out to the point where I can't sleep and I cry at least once a week after leaving work-which I knew I wasn't management material but I wanted to at least try to see if I could do it--well this proves I am NOT good in management. I need a position away from direct customer contact - I'm burnt out I have done some sort of customer service for about 16 years. I am currently searching for something more clerical/administrative but I can't find anything that doesn't require a degree..which I won't be finished with until 2008 and I need to make a change now before I go postal!! :-) Any suggestions on places in Cleveland, Ohio that I can apply to?

why dont you try just looking for administrative positions? Maybe at a pharmaceutival company. That what i do and i make 50k
