It depends a lot on where the property is, how nice your living quarters are, and how much responsibility you have. Generally speaking, I would say, take the average salary (if your skills are exceptional - less if they are merely acceptable) for the area, take all fringe benefits such as housing and vehicles provided, but these are usually discounted when applied to your compensation.
