Is there anyone out there who uses a Fujitsu fi-5750c document scanner?

I'm having some problems with ghost lines, and lines that are appearing around the edges - sides of the paper I'm scanning. Does anyone else have this problem? Where you work is it considered an error? Is it considered a scanner issue or is it looked upon as the normal functioning of the scanner? Thanks but the scanner is clean. Also it is practically new, we haven't had 50,000 scans yet.

Open the scanner up and use a wet wipe (the ones you use to clean LCD screens) to clean the scanner lens its wear and tear I have the same thing with my you might also have to replace the roller feeder every 50,000 pages scan.
