Where can I find consultants for the wastewater industry to help test and market a new wastewater treatment?

My company is looking for wastewater consultants who have experience in the field to help test and market our new and exciting product. However, we are having a hard time finding people who have the time and the know-how to help us.

My guess is that you have no money for this testing. If that is the case, approach the engineering school at your local large university to see if a faculty member will take it on as a research project. If you have money, consultants can be found. Either way, you will need to give enough information for initial evaluation of the idea. If needed, you can get secrecy ingredients.
