what's a good resource for finding an office manager for a medical practice?

a physician i know needs an office manager badly- professionalism and honesty is obviously very important, but i'm not sure where to look in terms of a headhunter or staffing company. the practice is in southern california.

I would go to Monster.com and that would be my best bet. Also contact local schools who is looking for a internship.
