Where to market our customer support office?

Can someone recommend a good way to market our small call center for outsourcing? The staff is trained for American and Brittish customer support. Please let me know where you would recommend or if you need a small customer support center. Edit: we are based in Sweden and we offer customer support. We have experience in customer support for web merchants mainly and even gaming merchants. We wish to add expand. As of right now we have 2 seats and are looking to expand to 10 seats. We have a website which tells what services we offer (www.rehabilia.se) however it has been difficult to find the right market for such a small operation.
