Full-time for a non-exempt (hourly) employee is typically either 35 or 37.5 hours per week, depending on the state law. But Nordstrom might offer full-time benefits for even less time, like Starbuck's does. Have you asked at Nordstrom's?

At least 40 hours, and thats any full time position that you have....if it's full time then your going to get at least 40 hours
