Probably typing estimates, scheduling, making phone calls. Sounds like fun.

This is a very detailed oriented job. You may be answering questions for upcoming events; taking notes on party planning; overseeing the physical setup for a catered event; covering the office with the Caterer is at a function. I did this job for a year or so as a temp and loved it. Very fast-paced office, casual atmosphere. Take note of the actual tasks you do, it will help on a job application at a later date...
