shovel dirt build forms lay rebar wire rebar lots of heavy lifting learn to use a bull float (makes the concrete smooth) maybe learn to use a bobcat (small bulldozer) lots of heavy lifting beware the lime it'll eat the skin off your knees

grunt work. probably take the wheel barrow back and forth filling it up and so on. more clean up duties than anything else. since your a rookie, you'll be handed the jobs that need to be done, that no one wants to do.
