How can I obtain a confirmation card from the Board of Nursing in California in order to apply for a nurse in?

I am a Filipino nurse and would like to receive info on how to get the confirmation card. It serves as a return address once applicants' documents are acknowledged by the Board. I know this is an optional service by the board, but I would be glad to receive one either by mail or in any other way. Thanks and God bless!
