Maybe Kennewick, Washington with Amazon? I live in Kennewick WA, and it's alright, housing is slowly going up, it would be a CHOICE time to buy, I think this area is going to boom with agricultural FUEL related biz in the next 10 years, it already is a agricultural area, and wine to! Tampa is pretty good. You have several citibank call centers and of the home shopping network. Plus you can't beat the weather.
