Find a specific dietary aide job posting and find out what they're looking for (skills, requirements, etc.) and build this into your objective. For example, say the job posting states you need to be customer focused and patient. Your job objective could be: Experienced dietary aide with compassion and patience seeks position to fully utilize my people skills and nutrition training. If Dietary is going to be your profession...then use this as a stepping stone to become a Dietitian. There is a lot of things you need to do to become a helper. Depending on which venue of care you are going into. You need to be up on your mathematics, and read a lot of books. It's like you need to study...aside from doing your work. Many peoples lives dependent on what you serve them and what their exchanges are. Good luck.
