How much does walmart pay a new employee??

I am a mom who has to go to work for now and i was thinking about walmart.Does anybody know?? And if it helps I am in arkansas

Minimum wage for you State. Unless there has been current legal action or action pending, then they raise their pay by 10%

there is a new pay system that is based on experience.
there are many instances where new associates have considerably higher wages than the older associates. needless to say, the older associates are slightly perturbed
but as a rule, no experience = minimum + .50, then based on your position. some positions pay more than others
