Can you give me some trial questions and answers about being a Junior Technical Support Engineer? I'm really nervous and don't know what to expect. Thanks in advance!

What particular skills or abilities do you have that would be good in this role ? How would you handle a caller who was abusive ? What experience do you have ? Why should we employ you ?
