What do i have to do to become a professional organizer?
Asked by Autumn M
IVe been a cleaning and organizational freak for as long as i can remember. I love organizing my stuff as well as other peoples. What do i have to do to become a professional organizer? I checked into napo, but dont have even CLOSe to 1500 hours (in 3 years) to be certified. Can i professionally organize..or call myself a professional organizer without certification? I really would like to do this eventually and im really good at it. Would like to hear from people who would hire a professional organizer (what they would look for and require) and hopefully even professional organizers themselves for advice. Thank you!

Best Answer:
you can look online and see if there's a company that provides professional organizers as a service. and then contact them and ask them for some of their time to meet or talk with you about what it takes to be one.
